Re-ordering a past order

Order the same items again in a few clicks, with stock and prices checked for you.

Re-order

  1. Step 1: Open Check Order Status and select View Details on the order.
  2. Step 2: Select Re-order Items. We check today’s stock and prices for every item.
  3. Step 3: Review the list. Each item shows In Stock, Partial or Out of Stock, and any price changes are marked. Out of stock items are skipped.
  4. Step 4: Select Add to Cart.

Check out within 5 minutes

Re-ordered items are held for you for 5 minutes, the same way as a bulk order.

Tip: Held items work differently from the rest of your cart. They sit at the top of your cart with a countdown and their own Checkout button, separate from Proceed to Checkout. That button opens Kore’s invoice page for the held items, and the invoice is emailed to you too. If you have more than one hold, it checks out the one that ends first; select Checkout again for the next. If the timer runs out, the hold ends and those items drop out of your cart.
