Checking your orders and invoices

Order status

Open Check Order Status from your dashboard. Each order shows its number, date, total, an order status and a payment status.

• Pending: not paid or shipped yet. New orders start here while your sales rep reviews them.
• Processing: paid, waiting to ship.
• Shipped: part of the order is on its way.
• Delivered: everything has shipped.
• Cancelled: cancelled or refunded.

The payment status (for example Payment Pending or Paid) is shown separately. Use the tabs along the top to see one status at a time, or Invoices to see your Kore invoices. Search by order number, product or SKU to find one quickly.

Order details

Select View Details on an order to see its items, total, shipping address and tracking. Select Track Package to follow the delivery, or Download Invoice to save a PDF.

Tip: The list shows your 50 most recent orders. For anything older, ask your sales rep.
